Where are you located?

We are located in Shellharbour NSW. If you’re local, you are welcome to book a time to visit to drop off/pick up your parts.

How long will my order take?

Our usual turn-around is one week. However during quieter times and if the part is easy, we usually ship within 48 hours. During busy times orders may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

Can I please talk to someone before I order?

Of course, please call us on 1300 911 937 and we’ll be more than happy to answer all of your questions.

What size can you print?

We can print up to 320mm * 150mm * 150mm in our High Performance materials.

Coming soon we’ll be able to print up to 600mm cubed!

I already have my design, can I get you to print it?

Yes! Please send the .stl file to info@replacemypart.com.au and let us know which material you want and we’ll get a quote back to you.

How do you design the new part?

We design your part from the ground-up using Fusion 360 which is in our opinion the best commercial CAD Software available.

We do not scan parts, we find that designing them from scratch is actually faster and more accuate. The added benefit is that it allows us to get ‘into the mind’ of the original designer which lets us look for ways to improve the final strength of the part, often removing the ‘planned obsolescence’ which may have caused the part to break in the first place.
